2.  Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

3.  Orders will be processed and despatched within 10 working days wherever possible.

4.  Wherever an order is not clear we will endeavour to contact the customer to clarify the order.

5.  Payment by credit and debit cards will be taken over the telephone and where the customer has indicated their wish to pay by this method and we
        will contact them to arrange payment.

6.  Delivery will be by Royal Mail or our courier service depending on the size of the order.
